Kryptonite – 3 Doors Down – Isolated Bass & Drums Backing Track (with Backup Vocals) –> Use as a backing track for guitar and other instruments/vocals. Kryptonite was one of the most popular songs of the early century. It was released in February 2000 as the first single from the album The Better Life.
Great Song for Beginner Bassists –>Todd Harrell (bassist for 3 Doors Down) does a great job with this song. It’s not that technically difficult, but he really drives the rhythm and timing of the song. In fact, that’s what I really like about 3 Doors – their songs have unique groove and rhythmic feel. The bass playing is a big part of that. Overall the bass line for Kryptonite is fairly simple and a good song for beginners to learn. There are some parts when your plucking fingers need to move fast. So this would also be a good song to get some work with your plucking hand. It’s also a good song to help with developing your rhythm and timing skills.
